''Tactical Casualty Care for Security Forces and First Responders' (LEFR-TCC)program; Fire Brigade and Search-Rescue Personnel, Emergency Medical Officers, who are special operations, security forces, security/protection personnel and first responders working in urban areas, will work in areas where health support will be limited, in the country and abroad, and are likely to be exposed to terrorist attacks. It is a training program developed for personnel with higher education.

In countries such as the USA and Canada, it is aimed to provide education to non-citizens, except for all first responders, and to disseminate these trainings.Our training is also a course open to all non-participants.

​

Within the scope of education; Life-saving interventions, scenario practices and scenarios to be applied in the tactical field and urban environment in injuries caused by fire and piercing weapons, explosions, falls or all kinds of traumatic accidents that security forces, first responders and all civilians may encounter in daily life  skill stations.

The training to be provided; One of the two institutions worldwide authorized by the US Department of Defense, which holds the copyright of TCCC Trainings, International PreHospital Medicine Institute (IPHMI) It is a certified training that is approved and valid internationally for four years.

Education; On 05-06 March 2022,BIG BEARand many official institutions, especially the Armed Forces and Security Forces, is one of the largest and domestic suppliers of tactical medical and equipment.FORA Group (Tactical Medical)It will be carried out in cooperation with the production facilities of FORA Group in Ankara.

The purpose of the training is not to teach tactical combat practices. Targeted with education; teaching tactical casualty care practices.

​TRAINING METHOD

Education; After the theoretical information to be given, skill practices are explained through training simulators and scenarios to be made on simulated patients.​

​

CERTIFICATION

Participants who get at least 75 points out of 100 points in the exam and skill applications to be made at the end of the training, valid for 4 years, internationally valid,LEFR-TCC(Law Enforcement & First Responder – Tactical Casualty Care) certificate.

​

This document shows that you are knowledgeable and certified in LEFR-TCC. For applications, you must be assigned by the institution you are affiliated with. It is your own responsibility to apply in an emergency.
